Youthoria also highlights the players, coaches and many more professionals that have gone on to reach the pinnacle of world football. Created in June 2021, we look to motivate people at all levels of the game by shining a light on the journeys that others have gone on to achieve great success.

About Joseph Western
Joseph Western is a full-time Performance Analyst in Football with over 5 years of experience in the professional game. He has experience in both Performance Analysis and in Coaching, working with a variety of different age groups. After playing football at a grassroots level, he gained a big passion for the game and made his way into professional football through hard work and determination. Western is a qualified FA level 2 coach and has a Masters’ degree in Performance Analysis and has worked in both Academy football and in a 1st Team environment.
